List meal amounts, feeding times, walks, sleep routines, and behavior notes. Describe triggers, handling limits, and escape risks.
For each medication, list the name, dose, schedule, and method. Keep medicine in its labeled container.
Add your veterinarian’s information and an emergency contact who can make care decisions.
Review the boarding agreement
Read the dates, rates, pickup terms, cancellation terms, and emergency care permission before signing.
South Carolina law allows a boarding provider to transfer an unclaimed animal ten days after the agreed pickup date under specific conditions.
